01 — What This Site Collects

Almost nothing. This website has no account system, no shopping cart, no newsletter signup and no server of its own. Browsing it does not create a record anywhere that we can see.

There is one form on the site — the feedback page. It does not transmit anything on its own: pressing the button opens your own email app with your words already written out, and nothing reaches us unless you press send. Everything else on this site asks you to call or text 484-703-8994 instead.

02 — Cookies & Tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta or TikTok pixel, no advertising tag, no heatmap tool and no session recorder. We do not track you across sites and we do not build a profile of you.

Your browser does store one thing locally, on your own device: your language choice (English or Spanish), so the site stays in the language you picked. It never leaves your browser and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Because we set no cookies and run no tracking, this site does not show a cookie consent banner. If we ever add analytics or advertising, this section changes first and consent is asked for where the law requires it.

03 — Third Parties Your Browser Contacts

Two, both while the page loads: Google Fonts serves the typefaces, and Netlify hosts the site. Each necessarily sees your IP address and browser type in order to send you the page, and Netlify keeps standard server access logs. Neither is used by us for advertising or profiling.

The social links in our footer go to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Those are ordinary links — nothing loads from them until you click, and once you do you are on their platform under their privacy policy, not ours. There are no embedded maps, videos, chat widgets or comment systems anywhere on this site.

04 — Information You Give Us Directly

When you call, text or email us to book, we keep what we need to do the job and to bill it: your name, phone number, email if you give one, the service address, your vehicle, appointment history, and any notes you tell us about the car. If you join the membership program we also keep the month and day of your birthday, so the birthday-month discount can be applied — the year is never asked for or stored.

That is the whole list. We do not ask for or store payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or your date of birth in full. Payment is taken at the time of service.

05 — How We Use It, and Who Else Sees It

Only to schedule your appointment, perform the service, apply the discounts you qualify for, and contact you about your own bookings. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your information with anyone for marketing, and we never have.

Client records are kept in the browser storage of the owner’s own device, protected by the phone or computer it lives on. They are not published on this website and are not readable by anyone visiting it. We may be required to disclose information if compelled by law.

06 — Photographs of Your Vehicle

We photograph vehicles we work on and publish some of that work on this site and on social media. The photos show the vehicle, not you: we do not publish names or addresses, and we blur license plates, inspection stickers and VIN plates before anything goes up.

You can opt out at any time — just tell us before or during the appointment, or email us later and any photo of your vehicle comes down. This is also covered in section 18 of our Terms & Conditions.

07 — How Long We Keep It

Client and appointment records are kept while you are an active client and for up to seven years afterward for tax and business records, which is the retention period Pennsylvania and federal tax rules make prudent. Ask us to delete your record sooner and we will, except for anything we are legally required to retain.

08 — Your Choices

Call or email us and you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. We will do it — you do not need to live in a particular state or cite a particular law to ask.

Pennsylvania has no comprehensive consumer privacy statute of its own at the time of writing, and this is a local business serving Chester County, so laws like the GDPR and the CCPA are not aimed at us. We would rather simply honor the request than argue about which statute applies.

09 — Children

This is a service for vehicle owners. We do not direct this site at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and it will be deleted.

10 — Security & Honest Limits

The site is served over HTTPS. Client records live on the owner’s own device rather than in a cloud database, which removes an entire category of breach risk but is not a guarantee — no method of storage is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.
