How long does a detail take?

Every time we publish is a minimum, not an estimate. Exterior only: from 30 min. Interior only: from 45 min. Full detail: from 1h 15 min. Larger vehicles, add-ons, or heavier condition add time on top of the minimum. Minimum times by vehicle size are listed on the Services page.

Do I need to be home during the appointment?

Accepted Answer

No. You don't need to be present — just make sure we have access to the vehicle. Leave us the keys and go about your day. We'll let you know when we're done.

Question 3

What's the difference between an exterior detail and a full detail?

Accepted Answer

An exterior detail covers the outside: wash, decontamination, glass, wheels, and a finishing treatment on the paint. An interior detail covers everything inside: vacuum, steam clean, leather conditioning, odor treatment, and panel wipe-down. A full detail is both — the complete service from top to bottom.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

48+ hours notice: free reschedule, no penalty. Under 24 hours: $75 or 30% of service cost. No-shows: 75% of service cost.

What if it rains on my appointment day?

Accepted Answer

Active rain is an automatic reschedule for exterior services at no charge. If rain is forecast at 50%+ for your window, we'll reach out the night before. Interior-only services are not affected by weather. If you have a covered space, the appointment can proceed regardless.

Where do you service?

We're based in Coatesville and serve all of Chester County and surrounding areas — West Chester, Malvern, Downingtown, Paoli, Exton, and beyond. There's no travel charge anywhere we go. For locations more than 25 miles from Coatesville, there's a $150 minimum on the booking — most full details are well above it either way. Not sure if we come to you? Contact us and we'll confirm.

What's included in the price?

All listed prices are starting rates. The final price depends on vehicle size, condition, and any add-ons. We confirm pricing with you before work begins — you'll never be charged more than what you agree to.

Yes. We offer full bilingual service in English and Spanish. Book and communicate in whichever language you prefer.

How do I book?

Call or text Luis at 484-703-8994. We'll go over your vehicle, the service you want, and find a date and time that works — then confirm your appointment before your detail.

Do I need to provide water and power for my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a standard outdoor water spigot and a regular exterior power outlet at your service location. This is the industry standard for mobile detailing and lets us focus our setup on the equipment that matters most: the polishers, the steamers, and the products that deliver the result.

Do you have a referral program?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Refer someone who has never booked with us and you both get the same amount off — $10 as a Prime member, $15 as Reserve, $20 as Sovereign. Your discount applies to your next appointment; theirs applies to their first. There is no cap on referrals. Reserve and Sovereign referrals go further: the person you send is contacted personally within 24 hours rather than through an automated reply, and receives a complimentary add-on on that first detail — headlight restoration or an interior spot treatment for Reserve, or something larger like an engine bay cleaning or full leather conditioning for Sovereign. Sovereign referrals are handled as a white-glove introduction: the client is told they came through a Sovereign member, and you receive a handwritten thank-you note once their first job is finished.

Our membership system, transparent pricing, and consistent quality are the foundation. We're not the cheapest option in Chester County and we're not trying to be.
