How long does a detail take?

Exterior only: 30 min–1h 45 min depending on vehicle size. Interior only: 45 min–1h 50 min. Full detail: 1h 15 min–3h. Larger vehicles, add-ons, or heavier condition will push toward the higher end. Exact time estimates are shown on the Services page by vehicle size.

Do I need to be home during the appointment?

No. You don't need to be present — just make sure we have access to the vehicle. Leave us the keys and go about your day. We'll let you know when we're done.

What's the difference between an exterior detail and a full detail?

An exterior detail covers the outside: wash, decontamination, glass, wheels, and a finishing treatment on the paint. An interior detail covers everything inside: vacuum, steam clean, leather conditioning, odor treatment, and panel wipe-down. A full detail is both — the complete service from top to bottom.

What's the deposit policy?

A non-refundable deposit is required at booking to hold your appointment slot: $40 for exterior or interior, $60 for a full detail. Precision Black members are exempt. The deposit goes toward your final service price — it's not an extra charge.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

48+ hours notice: free reschedule, no penalty. Under 24 hours: $75 or 30% of service cost. No-shows: 75% of service cost. See the full for details.

What if it rains on my appointment day?

Active rain is an automatic reschedule for exterior services at no charge. If rain is forecast at 50%+ for your window, we'll reach out the night before. Interior-only services are not affected by weather. If you have a covered space (garage, covered parking), let us know — the appointment can proceed regardless of conditions outside.

Where do you service?

We're based in Coatesville and serve all of Chester County and surrounding areas — West Chester, Malvern, Downingtown, Paoli, Exton, and beyond. Not sure if we come to you? Contact us and we'll confirm.

What's included in the price?

All listed prices are starting rates (indicated by the “+”). The final price depends on vehicle size, condition, and any add-ons. We confirm pricing with you before work begins — you'll never be charged more than what you agree to.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. We offer full bilingual service in English and Spanish. Book and communicate in whichever language you prefer.

How do I book?

Online booking is available 24/7 through this site. Select your service, vehicle, date, and any add-ons — we'll confirm your appointment and reach out before your detail.

Do I need to provide water and power for my appointment?

Yes — a standard outdoor water spigot and a regular exterior power outlet at your service location. This is the industry standard for mobile detailing and lets us focus our setup on the equipment that matters most: the polishers, the steamers, and the products that deliver the result.

How do you compare to other detailers in the area?

We're a premium mobile service positioned for clients who value their time and care about how their vehicle is treated. Our membership system, transparent pricing, and consistent quality are the foundation. We're not the cheapest option in Chester County and we're not trying to be.
